Dodijeljeni Oskari 2015.

Nakon što su zvijezde prošetale crvenim tepihom, u losanđeleskom Dolby Theathreu pod motom „Anything can happen“ („Sve je moguće) sinoć je započela 87. dodjela Oscara. U kategoriji najboljeg filma pobjedu je odnijela humorna drama „Birdman“ Alejandra Gonzáleza Inárritua, koji je nagrađen i za najboljeg reditelja.

Zlatne kipiće za najbolju mušku i žensku glavnu ulogu osvojili su Eddie Redmayne („Teorija svega“) i Julianne Moore („Still Alice“).

U kategoriji najboljih sporednih uloga Oscare su dobili J.K. Simmons („Whiplash“) i Patricia Arquette („Odrastanje“).

Za najbolji originalni i adaptirani scenariji nagrađeni su filmovi „Birdman“ i „Igra oponašanja“.

Svečanost proglašenja vodio je glumac Neil Patrick Harris.
